Former England all-rounder Luke Wright showcased his class in the BBL, scoring two centuries while representing the Melbourne Stars from 2011 to 2018. Amassing 1,479 runs at an average of 29, Wright was a dependable performer.

Both of his centuries came in away games: the first against Hobart Hurricanes in 2012 and the second against Melbourne Renegades in 2016.

His first ton came in 2017 against Melbourne Renegades. In the 2021/22 season, he delivered two more outstanding centuries, both against Adelaide Strikers and Melbourne Renegades.
