Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Vaughan predicted that Australia would overpower South Africa in the upcoming clash. “The Aussies to be too strong for SA this week at Lords is my guess … #WTCFinal,” the 50-year-old tweeted, expressing confidence in Australia’s dominance.
Josh Hazlewood has been included in Australia’s playing XI as he returns to the Test arena. ICC WTC 2023-25, He joins captain Pat Cummins and Mitchell Starc to form a seasoned pace trio for the defending champions. On the South African side, Kagiso Rabada, Lungi Ngidi, and Marco Jansen lead the pace attack.
