The BCCI Awards 2024 celebrated exceptional cricketing performances across various categories. Awards were given for lifetime achievements, best international cricketers, outstanding debutants, and top performers in domestic tournaments. Other recognitions included excellence in umpiring and all-round contributions in limited-overs and first-class cricket, highlighting the year’s best talent and achievements.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) hosted the BCCI Awards 2024, also known as the Naman Awards, on Saturday, February 1, in Mumbai. The ceremony celebrated outstanding performances from Indian cricketers, both international and domestic, across all age groups. In addition to recognizing the achievements of players, the awards also acknowledged the contributions of umpires and officials.
Over two dozen awards were handed out during the event, with one of the most significant being the Col. C. K. Nayudu Lifetime Achievement Award – Men. This prestigious award was presented to legendary Indian batsman Sachin Tendulkar, making him the 31st recipient of the honor.
The Naman Awards aim to celebrate the excellence and dedication shown by players and officials in the past year, further promoting cricket’s development at both the national and grassroots levels. The ceremony was a grand tribute to the sport’s finest contributors.
